Another Korean Horror movie from Ahn Byung Ki released on DVD. The movie, Apartment tells story about a lonely women named Se Jin (Ko So Young) who lives in an apartment complex just like millions of other Koreans. Then she realized something strange about her apartment. Every day at 9:56 pm the lights always off and strange things begin to happen.
