Emma Roberts plays as Nancy Drew, a character by Carolyn Keene. In a small town of River High there is no mystery that Nancy couldn’t solve. Nancy accompanies her father Carson (Tate Donovan) who goes to Los Angeles for a business trip. In this big city she stumbles across evidence of long-unsolved crime involving the mysterious death of a beautiful movie star. With her new friend Josh Flitter and hometown boyfriend (Max Thieriot), Nancy starts tries to solve the mystery, but Nancy caught in the middle of danger when somebody doesn’t want the mystery to be solved.
